This classic blanco was crafted by master distiller Felipe Camarena at Destilera El Pandillo, in the high altitude mountain town of Jess Mara, Jalisco. Rainwater is used in the fermentation process, before slow distillation in small copper stills. Wonderfully creamy with gentle spice, this is a dreamy
